Dr Brooke Magnanti (formerly ‘Belle de Jour’): ‘If stopping girls jelly wrestling is the future of feminism, count me out’

My thanks to AK for alerting me to a wonderful article printed in the Daily Telegraph in May (link below). I’m personally delighted that feminists expend their time and energy seeking their Pyrrhic victories – ‘Lose the Lads’ Mags’ will be their next ‘successful’ one. Before long the Sun will stop printing pictures of topless women on Page 3, and thereafter, presumably, no woman will ever again suffer violence at the hands of a man.

Why am I pleased the feminists keep winning their silly little battles? It tells people who don’t understand that feminism is a hate-driven female supremacy movement – the vast majority of people, but fewer with every day that passes – that feminists will do all they can to demonise men, and deny them any pleasures in life.  And you have to ask, were the young women forced to wrestle in jelly? Somehow I think not, any more than the young women who appear in Lads’ Mags, or on Page 3 of the Sun.

I’m reliably informed that feminists chew on slices of lemon first thing every morning to set their expressions for the day, and chew on further slices at regular intervals. It’s about time normal women (non-feminists) collectively said to these sour-faced harridans:

About Mike Buchanan

I'm a men's human rights advocate, writer, and publisher. My primary focus is leading the political party I launched in 2013, Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them). I still work actively on two campaigns I launched in early 2012, Campaign for Merit in Business and the Anti-Feminism League. In 2014 I launched The Alternative Sexism Project, aiming to raise public understanding that the sexism faced by men and boys has far more grievous consequences than the sexism faced by women and girls.
